Held in Philadelphia each year over the 4th of July weekend, the Independence Day Regatta attracts crews from around the country. Many Cornell alumni compete for their local clubs. Last year's Cornell representatives included Ivan Rudolph-Shabinsky '86 racing with his daughter Alice '18. Other alumni competing recently included Peter Klose '89, Brad Boericke '86, David Stanton '87.
